1. About Skillinabox

Skillinabox Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Skillinabox", "we", "us", "our") is an online fashion and beauty skilling platform. We offer live online programs, masterclasses, and bootcamps to women across India and internationally.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website at skillinabox.in, our course platform (LMS), and all related services.

2. Enrollment & Registration

To enroll in any Skillinabox program, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide accurate contact information (name, phone, email)
• Complete payment as per the program pricing
• Agree to these Terms at the point of enrollment

Submitting an interest form or scholarship application does not constitute enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable program fee or registration amount.

3. Programs & Curriculum

Skillinabox offers the following program categories:

Skillinabox reserves the right to modify program curriculum, schedule sessions, change batch dates, and update learning materials at any time to improve quality. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled students in advance.

Programs are delivered in Hindi, Hinglish, and English. The NID Fashion Design Program is a collaboration with National Institute of Design and delivered under that partnership framework.

4. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets
• A payment confirmation email and receipt will be sent to your registered email
• Prices may vary by program, batch, and available scholarship
• Skillinabox reserves the right to revise pricing at any time. Enrolled students pay the price at time of enrollment.

5. EMI & Installment Plans

For select programs, we offer an EMI / installment plan starting with a registration fee:

• The registration fee secures your seat in the batch
• The remaining amount is payable in installments as agreed with our counselling team
• Installment schedules are shared via WhatsApp by our team after registration
• Failure to pay installments on time may result in suspension of LMS access until dues are cleared
• The full course fee must be paid before the program end date to receive your certificate

6. Course Access & LMS

Upon enrollment confirmation, you will receive access to our Learning Management System (LMS):

• LMS access is provided within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation
• Live session recordings are available on the LMS for up to 3 months after the session date
• Course access is personal and non-transferable — you may not share login credentials
• Access may be revoked for breach of these terms, including sharing credentials or distributing course materials

For the NID Fashion Design Program, the physical kit (including sewing machine and materials) will be shipped to your registered address before the program begins. Delivery timelines may vary by location.

7. Code of Conduct

All students are expected to maintain a respectful learning environment. The following are prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behaviour toward faculty, staff, or fellow students
• Sharing, recording, or distributing live session content without written permission
• Sharing LMS login credentials with others
• Using program materials for commercial purposes without a licence
• Fraudulent scholarship applications or misrepresentation of personal circumstances

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Skillinabox website and LMS — including videos, curriculum, illustrations, written materials, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of Skillinabox Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and/or its partners (including NID and NSDC where applicable).

• You may use course content solely for your personal learning
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials
• The Skillinabox name, logo, and "Skill in a Box" mark are registered trademarks

Student work created during programs (designs, illustrations, garments) remains the intellectual property of the student.

9. Limitation of Liability

Skillinabox provides skill training and education. We make no guarantees about specific income outcomes, employment, or business success following program completion. Testimonials and income figures shared are from real learners but represent individual results that may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Skillinabox shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or opportunity
• Technical issues with third-party platforms (Razorpay, LMS, internet connectivity)
• Delays in kit delivery due to courier or logistics issues outside our control

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the program in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
