
At Skillinabox, we stand behind the quality of our programs. We want every learner to feel confident enrolling. This policy outlines when and how refunds are granted.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Verbal requests will not be processed.

In the rare event that Skillinabox cancels a program or batch, you are entitled to:
If a batch is rescheduled (dates changed, not cancelled), you may request a transfer to an alternate batch or a full refund if the new dates are not suitable for you.
Skillinabox is not responsible for losses arising from batch rescheduling, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or indirect costs.
For programs enrolled via the EMI / installment option:

Refunds are initiated through Razorpay back to the original payment source. Bank processing times are outside our control. If you do not receive your refund within the above timeframe, please contact us.
Skillinabox does not offer refunds in cash or via alternate payment methods (e.g., if you paid by card, refund goes back to the same card).
