1. Overview

At Skillinabox, we stand behind the quality of our programs. We want every learner to feel confident enrolling. This policy outlines when and how refunds are granted.

If you're unsatisfied with a Skillinabox program, please reach out to us within 7 days of the program start date. We'll do everything we can to resolve your concern — a refund is always the last resort after we've tried to make it right.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Verbal requests will not be processed.

Important: If the kit (sewing machine + materials) for the NID program has already been dispatched to your address, we are unable to process a refund. Please request cancellation before your kit ships.

4. Cancellation by Skillinabox

In the rare event that Skillinabox cancels a program or batch, you are entitled to:

If a batch is rescheduled (dates changed, not cancelled), you may request a transfer to an alternate batch or a full refund if the new dates are not suitable for you.

Skillinabox is not responsible for losses arising from batch rescheduling, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, or indirect costs.

Email your request
Send an email to prateek@skillinabox.in with subject: "Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Program Name]"

Include your details
Registered phone number, Razorpay Payment ID (from your confirmation email), program name, and reason for refund.

We review within 2 working days
Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility. We may reach out via WhatsApp to understand your concern and attempt resolution.

Refund processed
Approved refunds are initiated to your original payment method within 2 working days of approval.

Refunds are initiated through Razorpay back to the original payment source. Bank processing times are outside our control. If you do not receive your refund within the above timeframe, please contact us.

Skillinabox does not offer refunds in cash or via alternate payment methods (e.g., if you paid by card, refund goes back to the same card).
